Show Me Democracy

If you work at a community action agency, a non-profit, or are just a concerned citizen, I have a recommendation for you.  Below is a trailer for a documentary about seven St. Louis college students who evolve into advocates and activists during the uprising in Ferguson Missouri.  See how they set out to change the world.  I encourage you to watch the short video and maybe find a way to see the whole movie.  I did and found it impactful.

The stories & footage have been covered in thousands of media outlets including CNN, The View, LA times, FUSE TV and Univision’s Aqui y Ahora.  You can find more info at http://www.showmedemocracy.com/

It was created by Speak Up Productions, a St. Louis based production company that helps organizations like yours tell your story.  They can produce a video that will entertain, educate and challenge people to action through expert story-telling.  You can find more information about them at http://speakupproductions.com/
