Arkansas Support Network is a non-profit organization that provides support and services to individuals with disabilities and their families. They purchased Laserfiche 15 years ago to archive customer documents and files. Laserfiche was selected as the archiving solution because of its accessibility. Their staff member who was responsible for their important documents had cerebral palsy, so the organization needed a product with an accessible interface.
