Here is a better use for all the paper documents you have stored in your office.

You probably know that all the paper documents you have stored in filing cabinets and in storage boxes are not helping you.

  1. They are taking up valuable office space.
  2. Your staff is wasting time searching for documents.
  3. And they waste time filing new documents.

A research company did a study a number of years ago and estimated that it cost the average organization $25,000 to fill one four-drawer filing cabinet and $2,000 per year to maintain.

Here is my suggestion to change those paper documents from a liability to an asset.  Get Laserfiche and convert all those documents to digital and then take the paper documents home and burn them in your fireplace.

You won’t believe how much heat they will kick out.
